About me

Hello there,

My name is Oksana aka Ana. I'm passionate about health and fitness and helping people get healthier and feeling better, gaining confidence. I'm also somewhat a nerd and I like to dig into the science behind things and I love researching everything, including digging to the root cause of someone's problem.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine
and a Certified Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition. Also have a Hormone Health certification through IDEA.

But besides that I am a wife and a mother of a wonderful boy. I do understand how life can get busy.

My main approach is making healthy ways sustainable and lasting results. I would never promote quick fixes, magic pulls or a miracle waist trimmers. You have to be willing to put in work to get results. And I will be there every step of the way guiding, educating and motivating.

In the past probably 10 years I've learned that our health is in our hands and often doctors would only try to do something when its already way out of control. I will help you get your health back on track, hormones back working properly, better recovery, more strength and we can achieve all that via proper nutritional habits (not diets) and regular exercise.

If you are afraid you would have to put your life on hold and dedicate all of your time to training and diet - thats now how we do things here. You would learn how to make better choices while eating out or going to the party instead of isolating yourself for 12 weeks. 

If you are looking to drop x lb by z date we can do that but you have to be realistic and know what it takes and what can be the consequences.
