I was fortunate enough yo have Ana as my personal trainer starting March 2019.  I was at my heaviest and most unhealthiest I have ever been. 
It was tough to work out on my own as I had a shoulder injury. Ana created a plan to work around  my injury and helped rehabilitate my injury. 
Not only am I fully recovered from my shoulder injury, I am stronger, healthier and have also lost 40 pounds.
I must say Ana is very passionate about what she does and is very well informed about health, nutrition, weight training etc.

I am 43 years old and a father of 8.  A little over 10 weeks ago I came to Ana with a very demanding workout plan.  I needed a nutritional plan to go with it.  I am no stranger to working out but I really needed help with my nutrition.  I needed to lose fat and fast.  I wanted my weight loss to be natural and I didn’t want to lose any of the muscle I had worked for while doing it.  To make they challenge even more difficult I wanted to do so on a vegan meal plan.  I went to friends in the fitness industry first and they all tried to convince me that it was either too difficult or they weren’t experienced with vegan diets enough to help me.  Ana stepped up to the challenge.  She gave me consultation and designed a meal plan that met my needs.  It was a 10 week customized meal plan tailored specifically to my needs and my workout program.  It was tough but it was what I asked for.  When I started her plan I weighed in at 260lbs and by the end of her plan I weighed in at 225lbs and I had lost neither muscle size nor strength.  It was challenging to get the calories and protein I needed to make this happen and she made it possible.  She was very professional and very helpful.  Not only did she help she asked how the plan made me feel and followed up on progress reporting.  She was even open to my input items for meals.  If you want to change your body, your diet, and or just overall feel better, you can not go wrong with Ana.  She has been one of if not the most pleasant coach to date that I have had to work with.
